At it's core, Go Date Yourself is an invitation to use your agency, to completing yourself instead of waiting for someone or something outside of you. It covers my notes from several years of "being my own primary relationship". I spent years experimenting with theories of good relationships and seeing which applied to myself as an individual. 

Topics range from getting to know yourself to strategies for coping with touch starvation and going on dates with yourself.
